Every Other Day Is Leg Day! 🦵🏽

Our esteemed PT (PT is short for “Personal Torturer” 😅), Matt James, assigned Jules some strengthening exercises a month ago to help with her plantar fasciitis 🦶🏻 - she does them every other day and Darin has recently incorporated them into his workout as well (some of what you don’t see: single leg calf raises off a step, kettlebell swings, more ab work, Bulgarian split squats, stretching etc)’s amazing how many exercises you can do using just your own body weight, a kettlebell or two and some bands, and you’re left feeling so sore that you’re unable to move the next day.
